We observed that the website stated " The Association bases its work on a belief in the dignity and worth of all people, as well as their right to pursue happiness as full, respected members of our society." It also stated " The 2015 Jubilee Toast Was the Place to Be! Entertainment and Fun for a Good Cause." The header had developmental disabilities as the highest ranking keyword. This keyword was followed by intellectual disabilities, montgomery county, and maryland which isn't as urgent as developmental disabilities.
